Mission Statement

Women of Martech will promote and amplify the experiences, contributions, successes, achievements and innovations of women in the martech industry, including actions tied to revenue, process and efficiency, diversity and inclusion and social responsibility.

What does success look like?

  • Recognition of the power of women in the martech industry and their contributions to innovate and move the industry forward
  • Women in the martech industry working together vs. competing with each other 
  • An increase in the percentage of women in martech, especially in leadership roles

Our Members

Women of Martech represents more than 1,000 members. Our diverse membership base represents female professionals from major companies and brands such as Adobe, Amazon, American Airlines, Barclays, Calvin Klein, EY, Hubspot, Johnson & Johnson, McCann International, Peloton, Publicis Groupe and many more. In addition to it's U.S. members, Women of Martech also has a growing international presence with members hailing from 22 countries including Australia, Canada, England, Ireland, Israel, India and the United Arab Emirates.

Women of Martech is a  professional trade organization supporting:

  • Women who work at marketing technology companies in any capacity
  • Female marketers of any company who regularly deploy technology
  • Women with the desire to connect, engage, advance and lead our industry forward
