Women of Martech (WOM) is a professional organization that is promoting and amplifying the experiences, contributions, successes, achievements and innovations of women in the martech industry, including actions tied to revenue, process and efficiency, diversity and inclusion and social responsibility.
Women of Martech strives to increase the recognition of the power of women in the martech industry and their contributions to innovate and move the industry forward. We encourage women in the martech industry to work together instead of compete with each other, and we aim to ultimately help increase the % of women in martech, especially in leadership roles.
Women of Martech represents nearly 200 members. Our diverse membership base represents female professionals from major companies and brands such as American Airlines, Barclays, Calvin Klein, EY, Hubspot, Johnson & Johnson, McCann International, Publicis Groupe and many more. In addition to it's U.S. members, Women of Martech also has a growing international presence with members hailing from Australia, Canada, England, Ireland, Israel, and the United Arab Emirates.
